Focus on using AI tools to increase content output and testing velocity, measuring content performance, and optimizing experiences across audiences and partner contexts.

What you will do
- Enhance the product content offering to guide users emotionally and practically through difficult transitions.
- Own complex content projects from initial concept through launch in collaboration with Product, Design, and Data/Analytics.
- Manage content production workflows, including strategy, review cycles, versioning, deadlines, and freelance collaboration.
- Draft, edit, and refine written guides, audio guides, care plan steps, meditations, and other in-product content.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, storytelling, tone, and style across product areas and partner contexts.
- Use and pilot AI tools for research, ideation, drafting, output improvement, workflow acceleration, and testing.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product, content, UX, or communications.
- Native-level English with exceptional writing, editing, messaging, and storytelling skills.
- Experience addressing sensitive topics such as grief, illness, caregiving, mental health, or bereavement with and sensitivity.
- Strong cross-functional communication, collaboration, self-direction, prioritization, and rapid iteration skills.
- Understanding of product design, user flows, user experience principles, content performance measurement, user insights, testing methodologies, and optimization frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to materially increase copy output, speed, or testing velocity beyond brainstorming.
Nice to have
- Experience collaborating with and managing freelance writers.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant product content, UX writing, or sensitive-topic communications work.
