Business Degree Apprenticeship (Aerospace)

hirify.global provides aerospace manufacturing and aircraft production operations, with this apprenticeship based at its Broughton site.

What you will do

• Support programme management activities related to shop-floor adaptations, production-line changes, and new products.
• Work in multifunctional teams to implement operational improvements and project changes.
• Support fire and security management for the Broughton site.
• Help manage facilities, buildings, infrastructure, and the day-to-day operation of a large production site.
• Contribute to the hirify.global Operating System through lean routines, continuous improvement, and cost-saving activities.
• Complete placements across areas such as HR, recruitment, finance, supply chain, programme planning, and engineering.

Requirements

• Three A Levels at grade B or above, including Business Studies or Economics, or a Business BTEC Extended Diploma with DDM, or an equivalent business-related qualification.
• Minimum GCSE grade 4/C in Maths or Numeracy and English Language, or equivalent qualifications.
• Submit a CV showing grades and whether they are predicted or achieved, together with a cover letter.
• Current legal authorisation to work in the United Kingdom for the full three-year programme is required.
• Successful candidates must pass a BPSS check and may need UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control approval.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this apprenticeship.
