hirify.global is recruiting for a growing construction business with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects.

What you will do

• Review plans, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, tender submissions, and supporting documentation.
• Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Identify project costs, risks, exclusions, and commercial opportunities.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal project teams while managing estimating schedules and tender deadlines.
• Support the handover from estimating into project delivery and contribute to pricing strategy.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Construction Estimator.
• Strong understanding of construction costs and methodology.
• Experience preparing tenders and detailed project estimates.
• Ability to interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines, with experience in commercial construction or a similar project environment.

• Relevant construction, building, or estimating qualifications.
• A strong subcontractor and supplier network.
