is hiring an information security manager for its UAE operations.
What you will do
- Lead information security governance, risk, compliance, policies, standards, risk registers, and risk acceptance processes.
- Implement and assess UAE IA/NESA requirements and align security policies and controls with regulatory expectations.
- Manage PCI DSS, SWIFT CSP, VAPT, audit, regulatory, and other security assessments.
- Drive remediation and validated closure of audit and regulatory findings.
- Act as the information security lead for technology, digital, cloud, infrastructure, and application projects.
- Coordinate multiple security and regulatory projects with IT, business, risk, audit, compliance, PMO, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10–12 years of relevant information or cybersecurity experience, including manager-level responsibilities.
- Strong information security experience in the banking or financial sector.
- Hands-on experience with UAE IA/NESA implementation, assessments, and policy/control alignment.
- Professional certification such as CISM, CRISC, CISA, or CISSP.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and ability to explain technical topics to senior nontechnical stakeholders.
