Quality Operations Technician (Weekend Day Shift - Onsite) (Medtech)

Location: US - Massachusetts; onsite work in an office, plant, or laboratory is required

Annual base salary: $19.23–$28.85, with potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process production, lot qualification, and final products.
• Record inspection results and maintain data in systems including Word, Excel, SAP, electronic device history records, and Oracle Agile.
• Generate, review, and maintain quality, device history, and training records.
• Use micrometers, calipers, tensile testers, video microscopes, stereoscopes, and optical gauging equipment.
• Verify equipment calibration status and report quality or operational discrepancies.
• Support regulatory and notified-body audits, production operations, metrology, microbiology, and other manufacturing activities as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Proficiency in English is required for reading documentation, communication, and writing.
• Experience working in a laboratory environment in the medical device industry.
• Basic mathematics skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience using measurement instrumentation and different microscope configurations.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and stand for at least 75% of each shift, walk for at least 50%, and occasionally lift up to 20 lb.
