What you will do

• Drive process and product quality improvements through data analysis, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations.
• Apply quality methodologies and tools across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and participate in quality audits, corrective actions, and process improvement projects.
• Monitor quality metrics to identify performance improvement and defect prevention opportunities.
• Guide teams on quality best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, statistical analysis, and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, MSA, and Control Plans is advantageous.
• Professional proficiency in English required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
