Customer Data Services Specialist

Location: Mexico City office; in-person attendance required 4 days per week

This is a fixed-term opportunity with a minimum commitment of 4 months and a possible extension of up to 3 additional months.

hirify.global is an enterprise sustainability platform that helps companies manage climate and ESG data, produce audit-ready reporting metrics, and drive decarbonization.

What you will do

• Clean and transform customer business data into hirify.global templates.
• Partner with customers to understand raw data and recommend preparation best practices.
• Explain data issues, impacts, options, and trade-offs to non-technical customer audiences.
• Assess and execute data-cleaning decisions while documenting them for third-party verification.
• Synthesize customer feedback to improve services and inform product development.

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience working with large data files in Excel through internships, co-ops, or academic projects.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to make complex, messy data clean, structured, and reliable.
• Ability to connect spreadsheet data with real-world business context.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for working with non-technical audiences.
• Customer empathy, ownership, sound judgment, and collaborative teamwork.
• Ability to work from the Mexico City office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or SQL.
