Lead Product Manager (Mobile Games)

Location: Onsite five days per week at the Leamington Spa studio, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Analyse live games to identify opportunities in retention, engagement, game economy, and monetisation.
• Turn product opportunities into hypotheses with clear success metrics.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests with product analysts and make decisions with Executive Producers.
• Build and prioritise game roadmaps based on expected player and business value.
• Connect user acquisition, creative, product, and monetisation insights to improve player experiences.
• Guide product analysts and contribute to product practices across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Senior product management experience in free-to-play mobile games, including measurable improvements to live games.
• Strong analytical skills with cohorts, funnels, and experiment design.
• Strong understanding of game economies, progression, LiveOps, and hybrid monetisation.
• Hypothesis-driven approach to product decisions and experimentation.
• Experience working closely with producers or game leads.
• Availability to work onsite five days per week at the Leamington Spa studio.

Nice to have

• SQL experience.
• Experience guiding or mentoring analysts.
• Experience with puzzle or hybrid-casual mobile games.
