Salary: USD $165,600–$296,400 per year across the U.S.; USD $220,800–$331,200 per year in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.

What you will do

• Develop algorithms and design multimodal model architectures.
• Conduct experiments, measurement, evaluation, and detailed ablation studies.
• Innovate datasets and data pipelines for large-scale AI systems.
• Improve training and deployment efficiency through iterative prototyping.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, data engineering, pre-training, post-training, and product feedback teams.
• Advance AI systems responsibly through scientific, data-driven analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, plus 6+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Direct experience with image generation models.
• Experience with large-scale AI systems and LLM interaction and deployment.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• 8+ years of technical engineering experience, or a bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience.
• Experience with Python and common data libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
