Digital / Senior Digital Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote anywhere within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Employees living within 50 miles of a hirify.global campus must work from a campus location several times per week.

Salary: $9,208.38–$20,872.33 per month in the USA, with ranges varying by state.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a critical product area or customer journey.
• Lead customer interviews, competitive research, data analysis, and discovery initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to build and launch customer-centric solutions.
• Define KPIs and use analytics, experimentation, and quantitative data to guide prioritization and iteration.
• Influence executives and cross-functional leaders on product direction and technical trade-offs.
• Mentor junior product managers and support product management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
• Experience with product strategy, roadmap development, lifecycle management, and high-scale API products, platforms, or enterprise integrations.
• Experience managing API contracts, schemas, developer experience, documentation, versioning, backward compatibility, and lifecycle governance.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Must be located in the United States; Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are excluded.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/GenAI products, agentic AI, Model Context Protocol, or APIs and platforms designed for AI agents.
• Experience defining agent-ready capabilities for secure access to enterprise data and services.
• Knowledge of API scalability, security, authentication, authorization, performance, resiliency, and architecture.
