Technical Architect - Keynote Demos AMTS (Salesforce)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; at least 33% travel to domestic and international events is required.

Salesforce's Keynote Demo Engineering team creates live demonstrations across the Salesforce ecosystem for major events, product launches, and customer experiences.

What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end demo environments across Salesforce clouds and integrated third-party systems.
• Architect multi-product demo flows involving Agentforce, Data Cloud, Slack, Tableau, and other Salesforce products.
• Configure Salesforce demo orgs, Slack workspaces, data models, user personas, and connected environments.
• Develop custom solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, declarative automation, prototypes, and browser extensions.
• Own technical readiness for rehearsals and live events, including code freezes, environment locks, device stability, setup guides, and speaker coaching.
• Collaborate with product marketing, design, engineering, production, localization, and event teams on technical decisions and delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform in development, administration, or solution architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative automation.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with org setup, configuration, data modeling, environment management, APIs, integrations, and connected system architectures.
• Ability to work under extreme time pressure and support high-stakes live event delivery, including flexible hours and occasional evenings or weekends.
• Willingness to travel at least 33% domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Experience building live demonstrations for conferences, keynotes, executive briefings, or webinars.
• Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, Agentforce, AI agents, Slack development, Tableau, Data Cloud, or data integration platforms.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation tools, storytelling, presentation design, demo scripting, Git, GitHub, CI/CD, and mobile device management.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect.
• Experience in a creative or production environment such as media, advertising, or event production.
