TL;DR
Seasonal Real-Time Analyst (Workforce Analytics): Monitoring schedule adherence, staffing levels, productivity, and customer-support KPIs across phone, email, and chat channels with an accent on real-time performance tracking and workforce optimization. Focus on analyzing associate activity, identifying operational trends, adjusting staffing and skilling, and preparing detailed performance reports.
Location: Remote from the Philippines; Monday to Friday during US Pacific Time. Temporary position through January 2027.
Pay rate: 335 PHP per hour

What you will do
- Monitor real-time and historical adherence to schedules, breaks, productivity, performance metrics, and KPIs.
- Track volume and service performance across phone, email, and chat channels.
- Analyze associate activity and provide actionable recommendations to the Workforce Manager and Workforce Lead.
- Provide real-time staffing and skilling adjustments to maintain service levels.
- Identify trends and improvement opportunities through analytical review.
- Prepare and maintain detailed performance reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Real-Time Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work remotely from the Philippines on a Monday-to-Friday US Pacific Time schedule.
