Senior Product Designer (Gaming): Designing and evolving mobile experiences for a rewarded gaming platform with an accent on content discovery, player motivation, gamification, and engagement. Focus on creating end-to-end player journeys, scaling design processes, integrating AI workflows, and balancing player delight with measurable business outcomes.
Location: Berlin, Germany (hybrid); remote work options are available, including options for digital nomads, occasional office visitors, and regular office-goers.

What you will do
- Shape the design vision for a mobile entertainment app used by millions of players.
- Create user experiences, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups from conception through launch.
- Design features focused on game discovery, player journeys, loyalty, and gamification.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions within technical constraints.
- Translate research insights and analytics into actionable design concepts and measurable business outcomes.
- Evolve design guidelines, design systems, processes, and AI-supported workflows.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience designing end-to-end mobile product experiences, ideally in gaming or entertainment.
- Experience scaling or refining established design teams and processes.
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful mobile design work and proven expertise in gamification and user engagement.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and strong attention to detail and craft.
- Fluent written and spoken English required.
- Knowledge of iOS and Android platform best practices and the ability to collaborate across product and engineering functions.
Nice to have
- Experience with loyalty or rewards platforms.
- Mobile gaming experience and knowledge of mobile gaming trends.
- Understanding of the advertising landscape.
