What you will do

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Onboard new clients and finalize contracts.
• Identify client needs and present relevant hirify.global solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and technical requirements.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans.
• Liaise with internal departments to address client feedback and needs.

Requirements

• Knowledge of English - not lower than upper-intermediate
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, and regulatory onboarding.
• Experience with JIRA and AMOCRM.
• Experience in payment systems.
• Experience in the fintech or financial services sector.
• Client-oriented mindset with the ability to solve complex client requests.

Nice to have

• Experience in cryptocurrency projects and CC processing.
