What you will do

• Lead marketing strategy for assigned business units and legal practice groups.
• Translate business priorities, growth objectives, and market opportunities into integrated marketing plans and campaigns.
• Develop positioning, value propositions, messaging, and visibility strategies for practices, industries, and services.
• Partner with practice, firm, and business development leaders to identify growth opportunities and align marketing investments.
• Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate performance and optimize initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-practice marketing and business development efforts and contribute to firmwide marketing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience developing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns tied to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in professional services or a similarly complex, matrixed environment is preferred within the required experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of marketing planning, audience segmentation, positioning, messaging, campaign development, data, and analytics.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
