Mid-Level Software Engineer (Vue.js/.NET)

Location: Hybrid in Ashburn, Virginia, US; requires 2 days on site per week.

What you will do

• Participate in Agile Program Increment and Sprint ceremonies.
• Design and develop middleware, user interface, and web services applications.
• Integrate applications with PostgreSQL databases, hardware devices, and vendor SDKs.
• Create software design documentation, including architecture and data flow diagrams.
• Manage software testing, data setup, defect troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Provide Tier 3/4 engineering support for production solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development or engineering experience.
• Experience with JavaScript, Vue.js, C#, .NET Core, Web API, Visual Studio Code, Jenkins, GitLab, xUnit, and SonarQube.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, AWS, middleware, web services, multi-threaded applications, and exception handling.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work with multiple stakeholders across diverse projects.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and have or obtain a DHS Public Trust security clearance before starting.
