Manufacturing Technician (Semiconductor)

Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at hirify.global’s manufacturing facility. First shift: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Salary: $36,881–$54,092 per year, plus bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Assemble and build complex production machines, including mechanical systems, electrical wiring, and plumbing.
• Read plumbing and electrical schematics and troubleshoot assembly and build issues.
• Report discrepant parts and design problems to supervisors and management.
• Maintain assembly documentation and production logbooks.
• Occasionally lead tool builds by assigning resources, maintaining schedules and material flow, and resolving bottlenecks with engineering and other teams.
• Support tool power-up, quality assurance, safety compliance, shipping handoff, and production schedule goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a related manufacturing field; technical school preferred.
• Ability to integrate tubing connections using stainless steel Swagelok and Flare Tek TFE fittings according to plumbing schematics.
• Knowledge of hand tools, light metalworking, drilling and tapping metal, and basic electronics.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and use Excel, Word, CAD, and SolidWorks.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, maintain close attention to detail, work overtime when required, and frequently stand, sit, bend, climb ladders, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with small-gauge wire stripping, pin crimping, and terminating.
• Experience with control software on automated machines.
