Social Media & Content Manager

Location: Colombia; fully remote. Preferred location: no preference. Working hours: standard EST hours.

Salary: $1,200–$1,500 per month.

What you will do

• Edit raw footage into Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and social feed videos.
• Write and adapt copy for personal and professional audiences.
• Schedule and publish content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Manage distribution for the law firm and the lead attorney's personal accounts.
• Monitor comments and messages to support light community engagement.
• Collaborate with the lead attorney to turn photos, updates, and firm insights into social content.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of hands-on social media management and video production experience for U.S.-based companies.
• Proficiency with modern video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
• Experience optimizing short-form videos through captions, pacing, and hooks.
• Strong understanding of publishing dynamics across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to identify technical risks and recommend solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing law firms or other competitive, high-intent local services.
