Operations Supervisor - Springbrook Area (Pipeline Operations)

What you will do

• Supervise operation and general maintenance of pipeline systems and terminal storage facilities.
• Manage pipeline construction and maintenance projects, including employees and contractors, to meet schedule and budget requirements.
• Coordinate pipeline gaugers, operators, construction personnel, and maintenance field employees.
• Lead safety, environmental protection, regulatory compliance, and emergency response activities.
• Maintain equipment reliability, resolve operational issues, consult with the Operations Manager, and keep required documentation current.
• Remain available during on-call periods and respond promptly to operational or emergency needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General knowledge of terminal and storage facilities, gathering systems, product movement, pipeline construction, and pipeline maintenance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information to employees and outside contractors.
• Customer-oriented approach, basic mathematics, critical thinking, and sound decision-making in adverse conditions.
• Valid state operating license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors and in hazardous industrial environments, climb equipment, enter confined areas, walk up to 7 miles per day, and lift or transport heavy loads.
