What you will do
- Drive operational security activities, including vulnerability management and incident response.
- Support compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act and other relevant security standards and regulations.
- Establish, maintain, and improve security-related processes across RVM Software.
- Coordinate security activities with development teams, architects, DevOps, ISMS, IT, and digital software stakeholders.
- Contribute to security requirements, architecture reviews, technical decisions, and security testing.
- Own security documentation, support customer security dialogues, and build security competence through coaching and training.
Requirements
- Experience with cybersecurity for software products and secure software development.
- Experience with development and security testing, including encryption, authentication, and secure communications.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management, incident management, and risk assessments.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 and the Cyber Resilience Act.
- Ability to translate security requirements into practical solutions and influence stakeholders without formal line management responsibility.
