Senior QA Tester (Gaming)

Location: Hybrid or remote-only work model; office presence at least once a week is preferred for the hybrid arrangement.

Salary: 8700–12300 PLN per month

What you will do

• Perform functional QA testing across Windows, macOS, and Linux for games, launcher integrations, and internal tools.
• Prepare and support game builds across all three platforms.
• Own multiplayer, key game, and core platform integration testing projects from start to finish.
• Log reproducible bugs in JIRA, verify fixes, and create detailed post-test reports with actionable feedback.
• Test and troubleshoot cloud saves, platform overlays, DRM, emulation tools, and related services.
• Improve testing workflows and automation, mentor junior testers, and support delivery milestones.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software or game testing with a proactive, analytical, and independent approach.
• Deep experience testing across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Strong understanding of game QA methodologies, hardware and software setups, DRM, DOSBox, ScummVM, and automated game build tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior colleagues.
• Ability to research complex issues, manage testing risks, and take ownership of projects.
• Active interest in using AI and automation tools to improve QA efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with JIRA or similar bug-tracking systems.
• Basic command-line and JSON knowledge.
• Basic programming skills or willingness to learn Python for process automation.
