Senior Shared Tech QA Analyst

Location: Warsaw, Poland; in-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity

Salary: 14,200–22,200 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Test shared engine systems, tools, pipelines, and cross-project features for performance, stability, integration, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Design, execute, and maintain reusable manual and automated test cases, test suites, and test plans.
• Collaborate with shared technology developers, tools programmers, technical artists, and project teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Analyze results, identify systemic root causes, and improve the robustness and adoption of shared technologies.
• Support risk assessments, quality strategy planning, process improvements, and cross-project roadmap decisions.
• Create quality reports, dashboards, technical documentation, test guidelines, and QA best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Tech QA Analyst or in a similar senior technical QA role.
• Experience supporting at least one shipped AA or AAA game title.
• Strong knowledge of integration, regression, performance, stress, and long-term stability testing.
• Experience with game engines such as Unreal, Unity, Godot, or REDengine/REDkit, plus CI/CD, build systems, RoboMerge, and Perforce.
• Experience testing PC and major console platforms, including PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo.
• Fluent spoken and written English required. Strong communication, analytical thinking, risk management, mentoring, and technical documentation skills are expected.
