Senior Tech QA Analyst (Cyberpunk 2)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; office-first work primarily from the Warsaw studio in full-time or hybrid mode. Relocation to Warsaw is required.

Estimated pay range: 14,200–24,400 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Own complex technical QA initiatives from initial assessment through validation, reporting, and resolution.
• Translate the Cyberpunk 2 QA strategy into technical testing approaches, coverage plans, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Plan and execute technical testing and milestone verification across engine, tools, platforms, integrations, performance, stability, and development pipelines.
• Investigate crashes, memory issues, performance problems, engine behavior, tools, and other complex technical defects.
• Analyze KPIs, defect trends, crashes, performance data, and other quality signals to identify risks and recommend mitigations.
• Improve QA workflows, tools, dashboards, metrics, documentation, and validation practices while mentoring QA team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional QA experience in game development, including significant Technical QA or comparable technical testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, defect management, test planning, risk-based testing, test coverage, and quality reporting.
• Experience developing and executing testing strategies for integration, stress, performance, stability, tools, engines, platforms, content pipelines, build systems, and technical workflows.
• Experience with game engines and editors, preferably Unreal Engine, plus performance analysis, profiling, crash analysis, memory investigations, or console development environments.
• Experience using QA metrics, KPIs, defect trends, and technical data to manage quality risks and testing priorities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, ownership, investigation, mentoring, and technical guidance skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working on AAA titles.
• Programming or scripting experience with C++, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience with automation frameworks, automated test authorship, build verification, CI/CD pipelines, or technical validation workflows.
• Experience improving QA tooling, telemetry, dashboards, automated reporting, or partnering with engine, rendering, platform, performance, or infrastructure teams.
• Interest in the Cyberpunk universe and large-scale RPGs.
