Senior Contract Manager

Location: Lisbon, Portugal or Amman, Jordan. Hybrid work with the option to work from home up to 2 days per week, depending on team needs. Flex-Location allows up to 30 days per year working from another location worldwide.

What you will do

• Manage specific contracts and key customer relationships throughout the full contract life cycle.
• Act as the main contractual interface for internal and external customers during pre-sales activities.
• Prepare, review, and approve contract documents and support bids in meeting contractual requirements.
• Manage contractual risks, breaches, exceptions, disputes, and changes affecting cost, time, or terms.
• Lead post-sales contract execution and coordinate with project, account, billing, and finance teams.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and support correct invoicing for delivered services.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading contract negotiation and execution in a telecommunications or IT company in an international context.
• Strong experience in contract review, risk assessment, and management of complex contracts.
• Ability to explain legal concepts clearly and protect contractual interests firmly.
• Experience with contract administration, negotiation, RFPs, technical documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree required; a degree in business management or finance, or a Juris Doctorate, is preferred.
