Engineering Manager, Cx App Foundations (AI)

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for shared SDKs, client foundations, and developer tooling across three brands.
• Drive adoption through partnerships with product teams, onboarding, migration support, and rollout planning.
• Lead, coach, and grow experienced mobile and web engineers, including hiring and career development.
• Maintain a healthy operating model with clear intake, support expectations, and predictable delivery.
• Guide architectural and system design decisions for shared client foundations across multiple platforms.
• Contribute code, reviews, and prototypes while championing AI-native development practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing engineers, including senior engineers.
• 5+ years of mobile or web engineering experience with sufficient depth for architecture discussions.
• Experience running a platform, SDK, or shared service used by other engineering teams.
• Fluent day-to-day use of AI tooling and continued hands-on involvement with code.
• Ability to collaborate with product, design, platform, data, analytics, and stakeholders across locations and time zones.
• Must be based in Helsinki, Finland.
