Senior Vice President Trade Receivables Securitisation (Trade Finance/Securitization): Structuring and executing global trade receivables securitization transactions, coordinating origination, risk approvals, legal documentation, syndication, and new product development with an accent on portfolio analysis, financial modeling, and regulatory compliance. Focus on designing risk-mitigation mechanisms, evaluating corporate and securitization credit risk, and executing complex transactions across multiple geographies.
Location: Boadilla del Monte, Madrid, Spain. Hybrid work model combining remote and onsite work.

What you will do
- Coordinate and support the origination of trade receivables securitization transactions across multiple countries.
- Structure and execute diversified trade receivables portfolios using mechanisms and models designed to mitigate portfolio risk.
- Support risk approval processes and negotiate legal documentation with stakeholders, brokers, and insurance companies.
- Syndicate trade finance assets to buy-side investors.
- Contribute to the development of new products.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in trade receivables portfolio analysis or securitization of other asset classes, with a demonstrated transaction-structuring track record in investment banking.
- Degree in economics, finance, law, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- English is required.
- Knowledge of trade receivables products, securitization documentation, insurance markets, and IFRS/US GAAP accounting standards.
- Experience with receivables securitization techniques, S&P methodologies, financial modeling, cash-flow modeling, data analysis, and credit-risk evaluation.
- Familiarity with EU banking regulation, including capital models and securitization exposures, plus strong business origination skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of payables, ECA, documentary trade, or inventory finance products.
- Knowledge of Spanish and a third language.
