What you will do

• Lead program controlling for NH90, Tiger, Commercial, and H145M programs.
• Act as the main finance interface for programs in Spain and within the hirify.global group.
• Manage contract profitability, risks, opportunities, contingencies, and financial performance from business case handover through contract closure.
• Build and validate operating plans, forecasts, reporting, business cases, and financial performance analyses.
• Monitor actual costs, planned costs, EAC/CTC profitability, contract provisions, invoicing, payments, and corrective actions.
• Direct, supervise, motivate, train, and develop the Program Controlling team.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of professional experience in Finance, including at least 3 years in controlling.
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Organization Engineering; an MBA is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and pressure-management skills.
• High level of spoken and written English required.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and SAP knowledge.
