AI-Enhanced Backend Software Engineer - Customer Integration (AI)

Location: Málaga, Spain; hybrid with 40% on-site attendance. Core working hours are 10:00–16:00.

What you will do

• Design and build robust, event-driven backend service layers for customer intelligence products.
• Develop a scalable data ingestion platform connecting operational systems with customer engagement tools.
• Ingest and transform high-volume operational data for reliable, secure, and compliant data flows.
• Enable real-time and batch integrations supporting analytics, automation, and AI-driven personalization.
• Build infrastructure-grade services that become mission-critical to customer understanding and engagement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Deep hands-on expertise with AWS services such as API Gateway, AppRunner, SQS, Glue, Lambda, and Step Functions.
• Strong knowledge of AWS CDK.
• Experience designing secure, observable cloud-native architectures and using monitoring tools such as DataDog.
• Practical experience with AI development tools, including Cursor, Copilot, or Tabnine.
• Fluent English, an agile mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to turn ideas into shipped products.
