AI Architect - CEO Second Brain

Location: Moscow; hybrid format with remote-first flexibility

SKL.VC is building an AI-native operating system that helps a CEO access context, delegate tasks, and manage company operations through one interface.

What you will do

• Build a unified AI layer used by the CEO for daily work.
• Design and operate production-grade multi-agent architecture with orchestration, chaining, and tool use.
• Integrate calendars, email, documents, Slack, CRM systems, and databases.
• Develop persistent memory that retains context and accumulates knowledge over time.
• Automate routine tasks proactively and build secure access controls for highly sensitive data.
• Own architecture and technology choices across tools such as Claude, GPT, LangChain, n8n, and vector databases.

Requirements

• Proven experience building Second Brain, executive AI, personal intelligence, or comparable agentic products.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI agents in production, including orchestration, action chains, and tool use.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompting, RAG, embeddings, and context management.
• Ability to ship quickly and iterate based on feedback.
• Systems thinking with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
• 3–6 years of professional experience.
