Organic Growth Lead (Fintech)

Location: Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid working with most team members in the office two days a week.

Salary: 14,900–22,390 PLN gross per month, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Set and deliver the global organic search strategy across priority countries, languages and send-and-receive routes.
• Lead technical SEO covering crawling, indexing, JavaScript rendering, site architecture, internal linking, structured data and Core Web Vitals.
• Define and improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other AI-powered discovery platforms.
• Own the marketing website growth roadmap, improving customer journeys, landing pages, conversion paths and scalable localisation frameworks.
• Build measurement and reporting connecting search, AI visibility and website performance to qualified traffic, customer acquisition and commercial outcomes.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Content, Marketing, Design, Compliance, Brand and Communications teams, while managing external agencies and technology partners where needed.

Requirements

• Strong experience in SEO, organic growth or web-led customer acquisition with demonstrable commercial results.
• Deep technical SEO knowledge, including crawling, indexing, JavaScript rendering, site architecture, structured data and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience leading international and multilingual SEO across several countries.
• Understanding of content strategy, keyword and intent research, internal linking and authority building.
• Practical knowledge of AEO and GEO, including how AI-powered platforms discover, assess and cite information.
• Experience with commercial website roadmaps, conversion optimisation, experimentation, analytics and cross-functional delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience measuring visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or similar platforms.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, marketplaces or international consumer products.
• Experience working with Compliance in a regulated environment.
