TL;DR
CPQ Analyst (DealHub): Configuring and optimizing DealHub CPQ solutions, including product rules, pricing structures, quote templates, workflows, and integrations with Salesforce and other systems with an accent on quote-to-cash accuracy, automation, and stakeholder support. Focus on designing complex bundles, validating pricing and approval workflows, troubleshooting system issues, and improving quoting efficiency.
Location: George Town, Malaysia; in-person work three days a week or more, with flexibility to work from home or remotely on other days

What you will do
- Configure and maintain DealHub CPQ product rules, pricing rules, discount schedules, approval processes, quote templates, and automated workflows.
- Design complex product bundles, pricing structures, configuration rules, and product catalog dependencies.
- Partner with Product, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Sales teams to translate business requirements into CPQ solutions.
- Provide DealHub training and support, troubleshoot user issues, and manage stakeholder feedback.
- Optimize quoting processes, automation, user experience, and quote cycle time.
- Maintain integrations between DealHub CPQ, Salesforce, ERP, billing, and other systems while validating data integrity.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with the DealHub CPQ platform.
- Strong knowledge of Configure, Price, Quote processes, B2B sales, and quote-to-cash workflows.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, as well as data management, reporting, and analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of API integrations and data flows, plus advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in person three days a week or more in George Town, Malaysia.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- DealHub or equivalent CPQ platform certification.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or SAP CPQ.
- Knowledge of subscription pricing, recurring revenue, revenue recognition, SQL, or scripting.
