Master's Thesis Intern (Generative AI)

Location: Sweden; hybrid work with a minimum of 3 days onsite.

Contract: 6-month internship.

hirify.global is EA's proprietary game engine, providing shared tools and technologies for titles including EA SPORTS and Battlefield.

What you will do

• Investigate and prototype generative AI solutions for the hirify.global development process.
• Explore engineering efficiency improvements using generative AI, agents, or context engineering.
• Review designs and implementations with software engineers.
• Validate results using representative datasets.
• Report to an engineering manager, attend meetings, present progress, and write a final report.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Must be associated with university education or another education program in Sweden that includes an internship period.
• Experience with Python, C#, or C++.
• Understanding of software development processes and software quality.
• Interest in applying generative AI to software engineering.
• Application materials must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of knowledge graphs, vector databases, context engineering, MCP servers, LangChain, or RAG.
• Experience with test automation or CI/CD.
