Principal, Process Innovation (Fulfillment Center)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; onsite fulfillment center role

What you will do

• Drive strategic process innovation initiatives across the fulfillment center network to improve safety, quality, productivity, cost, and customer experience.
• Lead network-level programs and process transformation initiatives, establishing scalable and standardized solutions across multiple fulfillment centers.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, standard work, and governance mechanisms.
• Use data analytics, performance metrics, and structured problem-solving to identify gaps, investigate root causes, and develop sustainable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Operations, Technology, Planning, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Design, test, and deploy process improvements, automation opportunities, and productivity-enhancing solutions while communicating progress, risks, and business impact to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related STEM field.
• 8+ years of cross-functional experience working with technical and non-technical teams.
• 8+ years of program management, project management, process improvement, or operational excellence experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale cross-functional projects or programs with measurable business impact.
• Experience with complex data analysis, root cause investigations, success metrics, and scalable operational solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and senior leadership presentation skills; excellent written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English is preferred.

Nice to have

• 6+ years driving continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, process optimization, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Experience with operational transformation, automation, technology implementation, fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or e-commerce.
• Experience with data visualization, reporting, decision-support tools, and mentoring high-performing teams.
