Payroll Professionals

What you will do

• Manage resignation and termination calculations and related payroll processes.
• Coordinate employee offboarding documentation, signatures, and exit procedures.
• Handle SGK termination, registration, deregistration, and declaration processes.
• Process employee document requests in line with legal requirements.
• Manage payroll inputs, including attendance records and insurance-related tax deductions.
• Follow up on consultancy invoices, SGK petitions, no-outstanding-debt certificates, and employee administration activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of payroll experience, preferably including 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy when working with calculations and payroll data.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with employees and Business Partners across teams.
• Proactive, agile, hands-on approach with ownership and resilience in a fast-paced, high-headcount environment.
• Completed military service for male candidates and openness to feedback and continuous learning.
