HR Generalist (Fixed Term Contract) (Compensation, Payroll, and HR Analytics): Coordinating core HR operations in Istanbul, including payroll, compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, and HR reporting with an accent on labor-law compliance, HR systems, and workforce cost analysis. Focus on managing SuccessFactors processes, building compensation benchmarks and budget scenarios, and supporting employees, managers, and global HR projects.

What you will do
- Coordinate payroll, compensation, benefits, personnel administration, and related statutory HR processes.
- Manage performance management, calibration, salary increase, promotion, and reward processes.
- Run end-to-end recruitment when required and manage onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and organizational changes.
- Maintain employee data and deliver SuccessFactors process support and system-related training.
- Prepare and analyze reports on headcount, employee movements, turnover, and personnel costs.
- Manage HR budgeting, salary surveys, benchmarking, cost analyses, and support global and regional HR projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in a relevant HR role.
- Experience with compensation, benefits, personnel costs, and statutory HR processes.
- Preferably, experience with SuccessFactors, SAP, or similar HR systems.
- Good command of English and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, follow-up, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work in the hybrid Istanbul-based role and comply with Turkish Social Security legislation, Labor Law, and KVKK requirements.
