Senior Pricing Analyst (MedTech): Translating commercial data into pricing recommendations and financial models for profitable growth in surgical healthcare technologies with an accent on pricing governance, profitability analysis, and new-product pricing. Focus on building dashboards, automating analytical workflows, evaluating discounts and tenders, and coordinating cross-functional pricing approvals.

What you will do
- Analyze pricing performance, profitability, discounts, customer purchasing patterns, and market trends to identify commercial risks and opportunities.
- Develop data-driven recommendations for list prices, customer discounts, agreements, pricing exceptions, and portfolio decisions.
- Build financial models and business cases covering revenue and profitability impacts, including new-product pricing and product-cost analysis.
- Evaluate customer deals and tender opportunities while balancing commercial objectives with pricing discipline.
- Develop dashboards and management reports, and automate recurring pricing models, workflows, and analytical processes.
- Coordinate pricing reviews, approvals, documentation, and implementation with Sales, Finance, Strategic Accounts, local commercial teams, and regional pricing leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial finance, revenue management, or business analytics.
- Advanced Excel and financial-modeling skills, including scenario analysis; proficiency in Power Query.
- Experience with commercial datasets, dashboards, pricing systems, SQL or other data-querying tools, and process automation.
- Experience with list pricing, customer agreements, discounts, pricing exceptions, product costing, competitive analysis, or value-based pricing.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Turkish and English. Experience in healthcare, medical technology, or another complex or regulated industry is required; tender, Strategic Accounts, or Market Access exposure is advantageous.
