Senior Data Analyst (Wholesale Banking)

Location: Istanbul, Türkiye; hybrid work model with two office days per week durhirify.global three weeks of the month and one fully remote week each month

What you will do

• Analyze large and complex datasets ushirify.global SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Develop reporthirify.global solutions, dashboards, and visualizations with Power BI, Cognos, or similar BI platforms.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities across Wholesale Bankhirify.global processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Process Leaders, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists on analytics products, predictive analytics, machine learnhirify.global, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Support data quality initiatives, communicate findhirify.globals to stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to analytics best practices.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, reporthirify.global, statistics, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on Python experience, particularly PySpark.
• Experience with data visualization and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or Superset.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, reporthirify.global methodologies, quantitative problem-solvhirify.global, and large-scale data environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt, modern data platforms, financial services, bankhirify.global analytics, or data pipelines.
