Associate Expert Data Analyst (GenAI)

What you will do

• Design and implement generative AI solutions using prompt engineering and iterative optimization.
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows with Dify, Coze, Copilot Studio, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for training, validation, and inference while ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Research emerging generative AI frameworks and contribute to innovation initiatives.
• Document solution architecture and deployment processes, and guide junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning using LoRA or QLoRA, and LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Practical experience with Dify, Coze, Copilot Studio, and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
• Strong Python skills for prototyping and integration.
• Familiarity with Hugging Face and cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI.
• Business understanding, communication skills, and experience delivering proofs of concept or client demonstrations.
