Staff Engineer - Identity

Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. Relocation support is not offered.

What you will do

• Own cross-domain engineering of identity across the hirify.global digital ecosystem.
• Shape an identity roadmap aligned with product teams and security objectives.
• Guide technical direction across colleague, partner, and emerging agent identity initiatives.
• Improve integration between identity services and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Build relationships and alignment among engineering teams, stakeholders, Principal Engineers, and technical leaders.
• Help establish a strong community of identity professionals and deliver identity outcomes at scale.

Requirements

• Experience leading cross-domain engineering initiatives across multiple teams, products, or technology domains.
• Experience delivering large-scale identity platforms, programs, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience engineering secure identity solutions with a strong focus on governance and compliance.
• Experience directing technical deliveries requiring alignment across multiple engineering teams or domains.
• Ability to influence technical leaders, connect complex initiatives, and translate strategy into engineering results.

Nice to have

• Experience using data-driven approaches for engineering decisions and prioritization.
• Experience working across identity, platform, and architecture domains.
