Digital Product Operations Analyst (Technology Products)

Salary: $50–$55 per hour

What you will do

• Provide quantitative and qualitative data analysis to inform product strategy and backlog prioritization.
• Support product playbacks, product metrics, tracking reports, and management updates on progress, issues, and risks.
• Triage product issues, conduct defect testing and research, and support test data, plans, and scenarios.
• Support advertising campaign management, new campaign launches, customer-experience testing, creative placements, and URLs.
• Develop and maintain product business rules and collaborate with business, IT, leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Work across time zones as needed to facilitate product success.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in aviation, digital products, or campaign management.
• Knowledge of Cognos, Mosaic, Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, SQL, or similar analytics tools.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Rally, or other product and project tracking tools.
• Ability to conceptualize, create, and present analyses and strategies to all levels of leadership.
• Strong critical and analytical thinking skills, including the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from large datasets.
• Ability to prioritize projects, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively across employee levels.
