Product Analytics Summer Intern (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid, with three days per week in the office; aligned to either Morris Plains, New Jersey, or St. Louis, Missouri. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without current or future visa support.

Salary: $26.00–$28.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Analyze medical, pharmacy, laboratory, and healthcare utilization data.
• Prepare datasets, conduct analyses, and produce reports for clinical, digital, and provider-focused solutions.
• Develop dashboards that provide strategic insights for internal stakeholders.
• Analyze medical spending drivers using statistical techniques and recommend actions to mitigate cost increases.
• Research emerging healthcare topics and present findings.
• Lead two to three projects while collaborating cross-functionally with the product analytics team.

Requirements

• Rising senior pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Preferred fields include Biomedical Informatics, Health Information, Business, Analytics, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, business aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with eagerness to learn new skills.
• Availability for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, for 10 weeks beginning May 24, 2027.
