Salary: $214,137–$261,723 USD per year, plus performance-based annual bonus and equity compensation.

What you will do

  • Lead the operations of enterprise risk and compliance programs, including systems, process governance, reporting, monitoring, training, policy administration, and investigations.
  • Define and advance compliance systems roadmaps, oversee enhancements and release readiness, and build scalable system-enabled processes.
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving IT, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders.
  • Oversee internal investigations, including case intake, evidence collection, case tracking, remediation monitoring, and corrective-action follow-up.
  • Own compliance tooling strategy across case management, approval workflows, third-party due diligence, transparency systems, learning interfaces, and analytics.
  • Build data governance and third-party risk management capabilities, including quality standards, reporting requirements, due diligence, onboarding, renewal, and termination processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, life sciences, healthcare, information systems, or a related field with 12+ years of relevant life sciences experience; or a master’s degree/JD with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • 10+ years leading compliance systems, process governance, requirements definition, testing/UAT, implementation, and continuous improvement.
  • 10+ years of experience with data governance and operational reporting or analytics, including dashboards, KPIs, and data quality.
  • Strong project and program management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of corporate compliance requirements, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and state price-transparency laws.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Power BI, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar analytics and work-management tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience with OneTrust or Diligent.
  • Experience with healthcare compliance programs.
