Compliance Analyst (AML)

Location: US - Miami, FL; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $93,500–$145,400 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Execute the Client Due Diligence Center program in line with AML policies and procedures.
• Conduct periodic AML, ATF, and sanctions due diligence reviews for existing clients and applicants.
• Monitor hirify.global clients for ongoing compliance and derogatory news.
• Identify AML program gaps with clients and support remediation planning.
• Share information with client teams and participate in AML, sanctions, and compliance meetings.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience with a bachelor’s or advanced degree.
• Knowledge of global AML and sanctions regulations and regulatory expectations.
• Experience conducting research and analysis related to client due diligence requirements.
• Strong research, analytical, written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple tasks under pressure.

Nice to have

• CAMS certification.
• Experience implementing AML, ATF, BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, and sanctions programs.
• Three or more years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or more than two years with an advanced degree.
