Senior Node.js Developer (Salesforce)

Flosum is a profitable B2B SaaS company building a Salesforce-native DevSecOps, data protection, and security platform for regulated enterprise customers.

What you will do

• Build and own high-performance backend services, RESTful APIs, and scalable Node.js microservices.
• Develop Salesforce ecosystem integrations and contribute to enterprise-grade SaaS products.
• Design real-time data processing and event-driven architectures for sensitive data at scale.
• Contribute to Vue.js and TypeScript front-end experiences for enterprise users.
• Improve CI/CD tooling, automation frameworks, testing, and developer productivity infrastructure.
• Collaborate directly with engineering leadership, product managers, and the CEO while owning systems end-to-end.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Node.js development in production environments.
• Expert knowledge of asynchronous programming, event loops, streams, backpressure, and the Node.js runtime.
• Deep production experience with TypeScript, RESTful API design, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and enterprise API security.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, query optimization, data modeling, automated testing, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Docker, cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and infrastructure-as-code principles.
• Ability to work remotely from Belgium and commit to a long-term, full-time engagement.

Nice to have

• Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, or Salesforce API integrations.
• Experience building Salesforce ISV or AppExchange products.
• Vue 3 Composition API and state management experience.
• Experience with enterprise B2B SaaS, SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, GDPR, or DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
