What you will do
- Ensure compliance with production plans, line output targets, and operational efficiency.
- Supervise manufacturing front-end processes, including preparation and processing of components, semi-products, and products.
- Plan or contribute to the unit budget, allocate resources, and control manufacturing costs.
- Lead focused teams and instruct operators on assigned work.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians and external service providers on repair issues.
- Identify and resolve process disruptions according to established procedures.
Requirements
- Experience supervising production processes, personnel, and operational resources.
- Ability to follow and enforce internal work instructions, safety rules, EHS requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Knowledge of production quality standards and specified manufacturing procedures.
- Ability to perform basic machine setup and CNC or SPS programming when required.
- Ability to work onsite in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
