Location: Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; onsite role

What you will do
- Implement manpower, systems, and corporate projects that reduce operating expenses, increase revenue, and improve customer service.
- Develop and implement operating plans and conduct engineering studies.
- Prepare data, models, and analytical tools for engineering and operations teams.
- Transform business processes and operational tools to support operational excellence.
- Coordinate peers within the department and deliver training to internal customers.
- Support areas including air network operations, compliance, field engineering, operations technology, analytics, vehicles, properties, and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or another quantitative discipline.
- Five years of professional experience in a related field.
- Strong analytical, planning, organizing, communication, presentation, influencing, and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of computer systems and programming is preferred.
- Fluent English required.
