Media Systems Specialist (Digital Asset Management)

Location: Chicago, IL, USA; hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week, Monday–Thursday

Salary: $49,199.33–$86,253.75 per year

What you will do

• Support educational media product roadmaps, positioning, delivery, utilization, and revenue objectives.
• Develop digital asset management standards for file organization, metadata accuracy, discoverability, and asset lifecycle management.
• Manage ingestion, version control, retention, and archival processes within the DAM system.
• Support media campaigns, scheduling, product activities, demos, and the creation of media deliverables.
• Analyze product performance and customer satisfaction to identify engagement opportunities and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with media specialists, sales teams, vendors, contractors, and other cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Five years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn new tools.
• Ability to work independently and entrepreneurially while developing and promoting products and services.
• Excellent oral and written business communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with media, education, or project management tools is beneficial.
