Senior Staff Engineer (SRE)

What you will do

• Develop and drive the enterprise strategy for Change and Approval Management.
• Lead technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams and provide strategic guidance.
• Architect and develop highly available, fault-tolerant, cloud-native applications using Azure.
• Design, build, and operate distributed systems with a focus on reliability, scalability, performance, and automation.
• Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Mentor engineers, influence technical and executive stakeholders, and improve operational processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development, platform architecture, and infrastructure management.
• 8+ years of experience in SRE or DevOps, cloud environments, and open-source frameworks.
• Expertise in at least two of Go, Python, Java, C, or C++, with object-oriented design experience.
• Experience with distributed systems, public, private, or hybrid cloud environments, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud deployments.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Loki.
