What you will do

• Trade a wide range of financial instruments.
• Develop, maintain, and improve trading strategies and algorithms.
• Manage the execution and risk of complex trading portfolios.
• Collaborate closely with technology developers and engineers.
• Complete a six-week Global Trainee Programme covering trading, financial markets, trading strategies, and proprietary trading systems.

Requirements

• Be in the final year of a degree in mathematics, physics, econometrics, or a related quantitative field.
• Be available to join hirify.global full-time in August 2027.
• Demonstrate first-class analytical skills.
• Have a genuine interest in financial markets; prior trading experience is not required.
• Candidates affected by the stated U.S. consulate restrictions may need to apply for a visa in a designated third country or demonstrate strong ties with a country of residence.

Nice to have

• Experience with a programming language such as Python, MATLAB, or R.
