Senior Analytics Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, well-tested dbt data models across commercial, marketing, health outcomes, and clinical operations domains.
• Set standards for data modelling, testing, documentation, code quality, and continuous learning within the analytics engineering function.
• Lead analytical projects from requirements scoping through delivery, managing dependencies, risks, critical paths, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with clinical, commercial, and product teams to translate complex requirements into robust, documented data models.
• Evaluate and champion AI-powered analytics tools and contribute to the company’s technology strategy.
• Drive data quality, reliability, and governance while monitoring data consumption and resolving issues proactively.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or business intelligence.
• Experience owning end-to-end data model design across multiple business domains.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to clinical and commercial audiences.
• Expert-level SQL, including window functions, CTEs, advanced aggregations, and cloud warehouse optimization.
• Deep proficiency in dbt, including models, macros, tests, packages, documentation, exposures, and CI/CD.
• Experience setting technical standards and delivering high-quality work in a small data team.

• Experience across commercial, marketing, health outcomes, or clinical and operational analytics.
